Clerestory is named for the architectural element of certain churches whereby daylight enters the sanctuary through a row of windows at the top of the nave. This name represents the illumination that serious music brings into our lives. We tell the "clear story" of the music we sing, through sophisticated, historically-informed performances, as well as through original, scholarly notes on the program.
